Calvary Baptist Church seeks to glorify our Savior, Jesus Christ, by introducing a needy world to Him and walking together in our relationship with Him.

Worship Services

The 11:00 am Sunday Morning Worship Service is Word-centered, featuring a reading from Scripture, rich congregational hymns, a timely Bible message from our Pastor, and special prayer for urgent requests. A junior church is available during the message time. We remember Christ’s sacrifice for us at the Lord’s Table the first Sunday of each month. The service typically concludes from 12:00-12:15 pm.

Our Sunday evening service starts at 6:00 pm , with focus on building up God’s people with in-depth Bible teaching, hymns, and testimonies. Pastor Hansen shares teaching opportunities with various gifted men from the church periodically in the evening service.

Worldwide Missions

Christ has commissioned the church to go and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:18-20). Besides ministering in our community, Calvary Baptist Church supports likeminded church planters throughout the world. At present we support sixteen missionaries ministering full-time in more than ten countries. We also share our facility with a Spanish-speaking Baptist Church, Mision Bautista de Hollister.

Calvary Christian School is a K-12 college preparatory school established in 1977 to provide parents a truly Christian education option for their children. Adult Bible Fellowship classes include New Beginnings, HomeBuilders, Discovering God, and Sharing Good News with Friends; as well as Sunday School classes for kids of all ages with a staffed nursery. Every Sunday at 9:45 am.
