    Joseph P. Hansen

    Senior Pastor

    Pastor Joe and his wife, Denita, are passionate to lead our church family to grow in Christ and serve Him. Born to missionary parents in Uruguay, he was saved at age twelve; then called to ministry while a student at a Christian university. He loves to minister the Word, read (with coffee, especially), fellowship, meet new people, fish the ocean, and follow his favorite teams.

    Rick Mattish

    School Principal

    Rick serves as principal of Calvary Christian school after having been both a student and teacher. He emphasizes the importance of a Biblical worldview for future Christian leaders. He loves young people and would love to tell you what God has done and continues to do through our church and school ministries.

    Denita Hansen

    Secretary to the Pastor

    Denita is Pastor Hansen’s wife and secretary. She and Pastor Joe were married in 1989, and have four adult children and six (soon to be seven) grandchildren. Denita enjoys ministering in music, teaching piano, traveling, experiencing the great outdoors, gardening, and biking, among other things.

    Jeff Reed

    Deacon Chairman

    Jeff serves as chairman of our deacon team and is involved with the music ministry of our church among many other things. He and his wife Debbie, who teaches in our Christian School, are longtime members of our church. They have two lovely daughters, and two beautiful and energetic huskies that love to go on walks by the school property. Jeff is a fan of the 49ers and the Giants.
